The First Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 3:45 am in Roosevelt.
According to detectives, First Precinct police responded to a St Francis Street residence for a suspicious person. Upon arrival, a 24-year-old female resident stated that while in a spare second floor bedroom she observed an unknown male standing on the roof leaning into an open window. The victim then ran back to her bedroom and called for police assistance. After an investigation it was later discovered that an unknown black tool bag had been left behind in the spare bedroom. There were no proceeds taken.
The subject is described as being male, possibly Hispanic, 5’9” tall, 25 – 35 years of age, mustache / goatee, athletic build. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue sweat pants, gray baseball cap / Puma logo, black back pack.

The subject of the above listed incident is believed to be driving an older model (possibly 2007) black Nissan Murano SUV with noticeable damage to the exterior of the vehicle.
