According to detectives, Joel Villatoro Villeda, 15, was last seen in Hempstead. He is described as a male Hispanic, 5’6” tall, 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown sweatshirt, with gray pants and gray sneakers.
