Sixth Squad Detectives report the arrest of a Great Neck man for Public Lewdness that occurred on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 4:40 pm in Russell Gardens.
According to detectives, the male victim, 15, was walking his dog through Daniel J. Berg Memorial Park located at 47 Wensley Drive. The juvenile noticed an unknown male at the park’s entrance. As the victim walked past the male, he adjusted his waistband and exposed his genitals. The victim left the park, returned home and notified his mother.
A thorough investigation was conducted and Hua Yang, 60, of 15 Clent Road was arrested.
Defendant Yang is charged with Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Friday, December 19, 2025 at First District Court, Hempstead.
