The Major Case Squad reports the arrest of a Rockville Centre man for numerous incidents that occurred throughout Nassau County on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 1:40 pm.
According to Detectives, Defendant Brian Quinn, 50, of 123 Graystone Road, Rockville Centre was responsible for the following incidents:
- April 19, 2026 – A Grand Larceny at A Plus Auto Technician located at 2143 Grand Avenue, Baldwin where the defendant test drove a 2011 BMW and never returned it.
- April 20, 2026 – An Attempted Robbery at Chase Bank located at 3285 Long Beach Road, Oceanside where the defendant entered the bank and demanded money from the teller who refused to comply.
- April 22, 2026 – A Robbery at Flagstar Bank located at 6199 Sunrise Highway, Massapequa where the defendant passed a note demanding US currency to the teller, who in fear for their life, complied before the defendant fled scene.
After a thorough investigation, the Defendant Brian Quinn was located and placed under arrest without incident. He is charged with Robbery 3rd Degree, Attempted Robbery 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny 4th Degree. He was arraigned on Friday, April 24, 2026 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
