The Arson Bomb Squad reports the details of a Fire that occurred on Friday, January 30, 2025 at 8:51 PM in North New Hyde Park.

According to Detectives, officers responded to a Stewart Avenue residence for a house fire. Upon arrival, officers observed a heavy smoke condition and flames emanating from the home. The New Hyde Park Fire Department and neighboring fire departments responded to extinguish the flames. The Nassau County Fire Marshal and the Arson Bomb Squad responded to the scene. No injuries were reported and no criminality is suspected at this time. 

The investigation is on-going.
