The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Vehicular Accident involving a motorcycle that occurred on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 12:31 p.m. in Mineola.
According to Detectives, a 42-year-old male was operating a 2026 BMW eastbound on Jericho Turnpike when he was involved in a collision with a 2000 Suzuki motorcycle being operated by a 20-year-old male eastbound in the vicinity of Pershing Parkway. The motorcyclist was transported to a local area hospital where he is listed in critical condition. The operator of the BMW remained at scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
