The First Squad reports the arrest of two men and one male juvenile for Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 1:10 a.m. in Uniondale.

According to detectives, Bureau of Special Operations (BSO) officers conducted a vehicle and traffic law stop of a 2014 Toyota in the vicinity of Jerusalem Avenue and Hawthorne Avenue. Subsequent to the investigation a stolen loaded 9mm handgun, two knives and a large quantity of cannabis were recovered. A 17-year-old male juvenile defendant and defendants Karim Attia, 108 Catherine Avenue, Franklin Square and Michael Rodaligo, 20, of 4 Alliance Street, Valley Stream were all arrested without incident.

All defendants are charged with 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2^nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree, 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of an Ammunition Feeding Device, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Criminal Possession of Cannabis 3^rd Degree. Defendant Rodaligo is additionally charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree. All defendants will be arraigned on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
