The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. in Hempstead and was reported to Police on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 9:05 p.m.
According to Detectives, Tyris Garcia Velasquez, 14, was last seen leaving his Terrace Avenue residence. He is described as a male, Hispanic, with black hair, brown eyes, 5’8” tall, and weighs 105 pounds. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue jacket, black pants, green and black sneakers and had a black backpack. His possible destination is unknown.
