The Third Squad is investigating a Criminal Mischief that occurred on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in North New Hyde Park.
According to detectives, an unknown female entered the premise of Notre Dame Elementary School located at 25 Mayfair Road and defaced the St. Michaels statue before fleeing the scene on foot in an unknown direction.
The subject is described as a white female, last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans with a suitcase.
