The Public Information Office reports the details of a Vehicular Accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 5:10 pm in East Meadow.
According to Police, a 13-year-old male juvenile was operating an E-Bike westbound on Hempstead Turnpike when he struck a 2026 GMC that was stationary in the parking lot of 2174 Hempstead Turnpike. The E-bike operator suffered multiple lacerations and pain to his arms and knee and was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation and treatment. The operator of the GMC remained at scene. No other injuries were reported.
