The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Vehicular Accident involving a bicyclist that occurred on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 7:23 pm in Woodmere.
According to detectives, a 75-year-old male operating a 2003 Lexus was traveling northbound on Branch Boulevard, north of Branch Gate and was involved in a collision with a 15-year-old male bicyclist, also traveling northbound on Branch Boulevard.
The bicyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local area hospital for treatment. He is currently in critical condition. The male operator of the Lexus remained at the scene. No further injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
